Carly Sullivan PT, DPT, OCS Relevé Physical Therapy
Dr. Carly Sullivan is board-certified in Orthopedics through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She serves as a content expert in the area of orthopedics through the Specialization Academy of Content Experts. She received a BS in Exercise Science with a minor in Dance at Ball State University. She then went on to complete her doctorate at the University of Indianapolis. She completed additional education to fulfill the requirement as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Dr. Sullivan is also currently an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in the School of Health Sciences at Indiana Wesleyan University with a primary concentration in teaching musculoskeletal evaluation and intervention. Dr. Sullivan has been a dancer herself for more than 20 years and currently choreographs for competitions. She understands the complexity of evaluation and treatment of the dancer and is excited to be able to offer services specifically for dancers!
