Hello! I am Dr. Elaine, a dedicated specialist in the realm of longevity medicine.
My passions in medicine include regenerative and anti-aging medicine, sports and performance medicine, mind body medicine, integrative medicine, and functional medicine. I am on a mission to enhance the vitality and longevity of my patients, especially artistic athletes. With a diverse toolkit that includes peptide therapy, IV therapy, PRP joint injections, prolotherapy, nutrition, exercise, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and a wide array of holistic approaches, I am committed to optimizing both the lifespan and healthspan of my patients.
I am a California-licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor, which means I treat at the root cause of issues instead of merely symptom management, and I treat the whole patient. My educational journey includes proudly graduating with Honors from Bastyr University California, a prestigious four-year naturopathic medical school. My academic background is enriched by a B.A. degree with a double major in Integrative Biology and Art Practice from the University of California, Berkeley. I am also a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), so I love strengthening my patients in both body and mind.
A true native of San Diego, my roots run deep in Oceanside, where I was born and raised. After recently moving to Los Angeles, CA, I now serve patients in person as well at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, in addition to my virtual and concierge practice, Rise Health and Wellness.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find profound joy in motherhood, relishing quality time spent with my two children and husband. During my moments of leisure, I embrace life's joys through my passion for dance, the thrill of surfing, and the empowering world of weightlifting.
