Sherry Lin, MFA, RDN – Rhythm and Nutrition, Inc.
Rhythm and Nutrition (R&N) was started in 2017 by dancer and registered dietitian Sherry Lin. Understanding firsthand the physical, mental and emotional demands of being a dancer, Sherry created R&N to help performing artists and athletes make healthy choices for their body so they can sustain doing what they love to their highest ability.
Sherry completed her nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago and specializes in performance nutrition and eating disorder/disordered eating recovery. She offers a culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed care and a weight-neutral approach in nutrition counseling. She also earned a Master’s in Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Michigan and continues to be an avid dancer and choreographer. Her work has been featured on Dance Magazine and Dance Teacher Online. Sherry values cultural awareness and nuance, diversity and health equity, community and radical self-care.
