As a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician I am involved in the wellness and preventive care of my patients. Along with practicing medicine I have also continued to work as Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor (Indoor cycling and TRX). My love for my patients has brought me to love and appreciate Dance. My work with The Philadelphia Dance Company "PHILADANCO" has allowed me to work with the wellness and health of the dance company and school. Working with injury prevention and therapy for injuries, as well as the nutrtional and mental health of dancers, I have used my training to help dancers focus on their skills and expertise.
