Gina McFadden – Dancer 360°, BS, AAS, RYT, ACTP
Hello, Dancers. I'm Gina. I am a former professional ballet dancer, dance educator of 23 years, yoga instructor, wellness coach and author of the upcoming book, Dancer, 360°: Empowering, Uplifting and Strengthening Dancers Minds and Bodies.
With all that I have, my goal is to serve YOU - to inspire YOU to stronger minds and bodies in an accessible, actionable way.
I teach Yoga for Dancers, intended to help dancers connect mind and body with a balanced approach to strength flexibility, effort and ease. I teach private lessons as well as group classes and retreats for dance studios.
As a Dancer Wellness Coach, I work with dancers one-on-one and in group coaching sessions to gain the mental and physical skills needed to level up as artist-athletes.
I performed professionally with the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago, Ballet Pacifica, State Street Ballet and the National Choreographers Initiative. I have been on the faculties of Boston Ballet School, New Jersey Ballet School and Grand Rapids Ballet School as well as adjust faculty at Grand Valley State University and Hope College. I have BA in Business Administration and an AAS in Legal Studies, am a certified Holistic Coach through Goal Imagery Institute, and a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. I am based in Charleston, SC.
