We use a holistic approach to achieve clients therapeutic goals. Specializing in deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy & stretching techniques clients often experience results after one session. We work closely with professional athletes, weekend warriors, dancers, clients with medical & stress related issues. Every session is unique and customized to the related sport, hobby or goal to empower the client with the advantage of an increase in body awareness & knowledge to continue therapeutic goals independently.
