I am a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), Dancer, and Martial Arts Tricker
My mission is to help dancers optimize their performance, extend their careers, decrease their risk for injury, and improve their overall wellness.
I understand the mental and physical demands of being a performing artist…because I’m still a performing artist!
I have competed and performed with crews including Exiles and United Dance Company, I performed as a tricker in a touring live show and I have taught at several dance studios in Arizona.
I’m not just a fitness coach that trains performing artists, I’m a performing artist with the tools of a fitness coach.
I believe performing artists are ATHLETES and it is my goal to help them TRAIN LIKE ATHLETES.
