Kayla Freeman – DPT, Outpatient Physical Therapy
Kayla is always moving, and she knows what it is like to not be able to dance and do what you love to your full potential due to injury. She also knows the feeling of getting back to dance and your favorite activities pain-free and wants to share that with others, especially as a health care provider who can "speak dance".
After graduating from Colorado State University with degrees in both Performing Arts/Dance and Health and Exercise Science, Kayla earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Colorado in 2016.
As a Physical Therapist, Kayla has an orthopedic clinical specialty certification with special interests treating dancers and other artistic athletes. She has cared for patients throughout the Puget Sound area as a physical therapist and clinical director of Outpatient Physical Therapy in Renton, backstage physical therapist for Paramount Theater touring Broadway performers, and Seattle Performing Arts Medicine Association volunteer.
