Hi, Dancer! I’m Ashley Mowrey, Performance Mindset Coach for Dancers. I’m a former competitive dancer, dance educator, and competition company director who knows the ups and downs of a dancer’s life all too well. Now, as a Mindset Coach, I help dancers build a healthy mindset to navigate the dance world at their best. Together, we can build your self-confidence, increase mental strength, and calm your mind and body so that you can shine on and off stage.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Arkansas, am an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Whole Person Certified Coach and Trauma-Informed Certified Coach, a Certified Positive Psychology Coach, and a trained facilitator in Tara Mohr’s Playing Big Leadership Program. You can also see me on tour with Embody Dance Conference, where I lead Mindset Skills Seminars for all ages, including parents and teachers.
