Karl Flores currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science with an additional focus in physiology. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who’s mission is to create better beings through human movement. As a trainer for over 2 years, he uses fitness and training to empower individuals in search of their own maximum potential. He has provided physical therapy care in multiple settings, including several hospitals and outpatient care clinics around Southern California. Being in the medical field for most of his life has led Karl to pursue a different direction of health and wellness: preventative. He truly believes utilizing movement and nutrition is a powerful medicine that can help everyone live longer and stronger.
