Alex is a board certified women’s health physical therapist with SSM Health Physical Therapy- Creve Coeur Sports Center. She specializes in the treatment of the flexible athlete (dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, etc.) with a special interest and additional training in evaluation and treatment of lumbopelvic, hip and pelvic floor diagnoses. Alex has experience in treating a wide variety of diagnoses and loves treating this complex population to help them get back to everything they love. Alex was a competitive cheerleader, gymnast and dancer through her adolescent and college years and has a thorough understanding of the demands of these sports and the intricacies of getting athletes back pain free. Within her clinic a wide variety of technology is also used to find asymmetries, impairments and other important data that cannot be captured with the naked eye.

If the Creve Coeur location is inconvenient, Alex has a team of more than 17 physical therapists throughout the Saint Louis area that are also specialized in evaluation and treatment of dancers.
