Laura Haney, The Ellové Technique®
Laura Haney is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong background in the arts. Laura was a performer with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Fosse, Broadway's A Christmas Carol, and many more. Laura is trained in Pilates and is also a certified instructor in The Ellové Technique® and BeMoved® dance fitness. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she is passionate about helping clients reduce injury risk and feel empowered in their bodies. Laura specializes in creative approaches to improving strength, balance, and mobility, and is particularly knowledgeable about cross-training and conditioning for dancers. She is a wellness advocate and proud member of the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science.
