Richelle “Ricki” Stevenson – LAT, ATC, The Barre and Beyond
Richelle (Ricki) Stevenson is a licensed athletic trainer (LAT), certified Pilates instructor, and professional ballet dancer. In 2015, she graduated summa cum laude from Grand Canyon University with a degree in athletic training and a minor in dance education. While in college, Ricki competed nationally and graduated with honors through the National Honors Society of Dance Arts (NHSDA). She has several years of experience caring for athletes of all ages, covering emergency situations and developing rehabilitation programs. After working with high school, collegiate and professional level athletes while performing with professional dance companies in Arizona and Washington state, Ricki joined Ekklesia Contemporary Ballet, a company based out of Killingworth, CT. She and her husband now live in Middletown, CT with their Jack Russell Terrier and kitten. Ricki enjoys teaching Pilates and working with athletes and clients of all ages and fitness levels to recover from injury, improve their technique, and exceed their goals.
