Natsuko Oshima, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist, former professional ballet dancer, and educator specializing in dance and performing arts medicine. She danced professionally and taught ballet across four continents before transitioning into physical therapy.

She is the founder of THERAPY EN POINTE, a mobile practice providing on-site physical therapy and wellness services for dancers and performing artists. She currently teaches ballet and competes in Irish dance as an adult dancer. Having also studied flute in her youth, she brings a deep understanding of multiple art forms to her work. Her approach integrates clinical expertise with lived artistic experience to support injury prevention, recovery, and performance longevity.

Natsuko is certified in Yamuna® Body Rolling, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), and Tui Na massage, and integrates these methods thoughtfully into her care. Her approach emphasizes education, self-management, and independence, empowering dancers to care for their own bodies rather than relying on passive treatments.
