Kelsey Noble Doctor of Physical Therapy, Performing Arts Specialist
I am a dance physical therapist and classically trained dancer with over 20 years of experience across multiple styles, giving me a deep understanding of both the medical and performance demands of dance. Serving the growing dance community in the Philadelphia suburbs and surrounding areas, I focus on injury prevention, recovery, and performance longevity. I treat dancers of all ages and levels using specialized manual therapy including myofascial release, Active Release Technique (ART), IASTM, cupping, dry needling, and joint mobilizations, alongside therapeutic exercise emphasizing functional strengthening and neuromuscular re education. I also offer pointe screenings and readiness testing, injury prevention workshops, and individual screenings for dance teams and programs, and collaborate closely with local orthopedic providers to support dancers at every stage.
