Kayla Freeman – DPT, Elizabeth Rogers Pilates and Physical Therapy
Kayla is passionate about movement and understands firsthand what it’s like to be sidelined from dance and other beloved activities due to injury. She also knows the joy of returning pain-free and is dedicated to helping others do the same—especially as a healthcare provider fluent in the unique needs of dancers.
Kayla graduated from Colorado State University with degrees in Performing Arts/Dance and Health and Exercise Science, and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 2016.
As a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, Kayla has a special interest in treating dancers and other performing artists. She has cared for dancers and singers throughout the Seattle area, working with both students and professionals in the clinic, as well as providing on-site care at venues such as the Paramount Theatre, 5th Avenue Theatre, ACT Theatre, and McCaw Hall.
