Junko Araki, LCPC, LPC, BC-DMT, is a Japanese/English bilingual licensed professional counselor specializing in somatic psychology, dance/movement therapy, and sport and performance psychology.
Junko helps her clients incorporate authentic experience and creative exploration into their day-to-day lives as a path toward healing, growth, and wellbeing.
With her belief that our physiology and psychology are inseparable, Junko uses mindfulness-based, body-oriented interventions and creative experiential activities as therapeutic tools, along with verbal interventions.
Junko's aim is to support her clients in trusting in themselves, tapping into their own strengths to overcome challenges, and making choices for the integration, understanding, and change they seek.
