With a deep passion for dance that spans over 20 years, Nicole has immersed herself in the world of competitive movement and artistic expression from a young age. In college, she received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University while also having the privilege of dancing and competing as a D1 athlete on their renowned dance team for 4 years. She then pursued her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at SDSU to further expand her passion for helping artistic athletes reach their full potential. Through countless hours of training, performing, and teaching, she has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field.
Impact Dance and Physical Therapy was established with the goal of providing artistic athletes with a safe and specialized environment where they can recover and train under the guidance of a healthcare provider that is fluent in the demands of their discipline. Recognizing dancers as athletes, she is committed to ensuring their physical therapy reflects the unique challenges of their art form. Her practice extends to a wide range of artistic athletes, including dancers, ice skaters, and gymnasts, driven by her profound passion for helping them achieve peak performance and optimal recovery.
