Dr. Kiernan O’Connor, PT, DPT is a licensed doctor of physical therapy and founder of a concierge practice serving the greater Tampa Bay area. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida in Orlando FL and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. As a dancer herself with over 20 years of experience, she has developed a deep, lifelong appreciation for the art and science of movement, Dr. O’Connor's passion lies in working with active individuals to help them recover, restore, and enhance performance through tailored, one-on-one care. Her most recent experience involved working in backstage management with professional musical theatre productions as well as a fellowship program with the leading providers in entertainment and performing arts medicine. Grounded in a manual therapy–based approach, Dr. O’Connor integrates joint and soft tissue mobilization techniques to improve movement quality, relieve pain, and optimize overall function. Each session is designed to meet clients where they are — literally and figuratively — delivering an elevated, convenient, and compassionate care experience that supports both performance and long-term wellness.
