Rebecca Strabala, PT, DPT
Dr. Rebecca Strabala is a licensed Physical Therapist who provides orthopedic physical therapy services, and specializes in providing rehabilitation services for dancers. She has a passion for providing education for dancers and dance educators to allow for a more positive and healthy dance experience. She grew up participating in competition team with training in jazz, tap, ballet, modern, lyrical/contemporary, musical theatre, and poms. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Physiology with an Emphasis in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa. She obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. After struggling with hip pain throughout college, she saw the need for health care providers who understood the unique needs of dancers to provide appropriate care.
