Bio:
Dr. Sarah Troicky is the owner and founder of Trinity Physical Therapy and Wellness. She is a Colorado native who grew up in Longmont and currently lives in Lakewood. Sarah is a licensed physical therapist and licensed athletic trainer. She is a dance medicine specialist and has an extensive personal background in a variety of dance styles.
Through her dance career, she received many awards and scholarships that led her to dance at the EDGE performing arts center in Hollywood, CA. While she took dance classes at the EDGE, she was a participant in a research study that assessed common dance injuries, performed by the physical therapy department of USC. This inspired Sarah to combine two passions of physical therapy and dance.
Sarah graduated from Pacific University’s physical therapy program in May of 2019. During her studies, she completed an internship at The Ohio State University in which she gained hands-on experience working with ballet dancers. Sarah is also a certified athletic trainer and has vast experience working with athletes and sports-related injuries.
Sarah’s holistic approach to physical therapy includes looking at the patient as a whole person, striving to get to the root of the problem. She is patient, persistent, and committed to helping you overcome your pain, as well as meeting your wellness goals.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her husband Miguel, and her son Luka. She also enjoys cooking, hiking, acrylic painting, and taking dance classes
