Leneé Cook-Braxton, Ph.D. (c), M.S., RYT. – Holistic Performance Center
Leneé Cook-Braxton, Ph.D. (c), M.S., RYT. is the Founder of the Holistic Performance Center, an organization that utilizes the power of Clinical Hypnosis, Sport Psychology techniques, Pilates, and movement to enhance performance. Leneé obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Dance in 1997, her Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Psychology in 2018, and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine, specializing in Applied and Clinical Hypnosis. Leneé is a member of the Association for Applied Sports Psychology and a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science. She is also a NASM® Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, a Polestar® and Peak Pilates®Comprehensively trained Instructor, an Exhale® Certified Barre Instructor, a Spinning® Certified Instructor, and a NASE® Certified Endurance Coach.
Leneé is a Two-Time (2016 & 2017) "Best Barre Instructor" Nominee in Best Self Atlanta Magazine and has a column in The Los Angeles Tribune called Optimal Performance. She has performed across the country and was one of the original NFL Cheerleader Captains for the 1996 Carolina Panthers’ Inaugural Team.
The Holistic Performance Center is passionate about helping athletes, dancers, corporate employees, and those with injuries or physical limitations overcome challenges by discovering the power of their unique mind and body connection.
